Illinois Asian American Legislative Caucus Foundation, established on May 1, 2024, is organized as a nonpartisan and non-profit corporation and the purpose is to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code.

Illinois Asian American Legislative Caucus Foundation’s mission is to build a pipeline of young community leaders by providing race-neutral scholarships, charitable resources, and educational programming and internships necessary to succeed in public service and government at the local, state, and federal levels

IAALCF is currently in process of 501(c)(3) tax exempt status review from the Internal Revenue Service.
